In correct operation & maintaining, the machine is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of the successful installation and commissioning of the equipment at the Buyer’s Installation site.
Installation Support
As a growing company, we’re committed to helping you get started smoothly. If needed, we’ll arrange for a technician to travel to your factory for setup and training. We charge a basic daily rate, with travel and accommodation covered by the buyer.
Remote Assistance
For added convenience, we offer remote control support (optional) to quickly diagnose and solve software issues. This helps reduce downtime and keep your operations running efficiently.
