Features

1.Produced thin steel deck(0.4-1.2mm) can consume less concrete and shoring support thus saves on construction material, underside design is aesthetically pleasing and saves on costly materials for decoration. If upgrade the machine to work for thick material 1.5-3mm,the produced steel deck can be used as logistics steel platforms with high flatness requirements (no more than 3mm to meet the working scene of intelligent mobile robot AGV/IGV).

3. The roller is quenched after fine machining with GCr15 bearing steel, and Hard-Chromed for long working life more than 10years.
